Salary: Hay 8 (£19,004 - £20,965)
Hours: 32 hours, 30 minutes per week, Monday to Friday

Hours: 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Both posts are fixed term until 31st August 2020 subject to the needs of the school and budgetary constraints.
Vacancies have arisen for a dynamic teaching assistants to work in this all-age school for pupils with severe learning difficulties and autism. These posts require calm, positive, enthusiastic people who are supportive and can use their own initiative.
The successful applicants will need to have a flexible attitude and be willing to work anywhere in the school. They will also need a relevant qualification in the care, development and/or education of children (eg: NNEB, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, BTEC National Diploma in Childhood Studies) together with a minimum of one year’s practical experience of working with children or;
A minimum of 3 years previous experience of working with children in an educational context with evidence of relevant vocational training (eg: Specialist Teaching Assistant Certificate, City and Guilds Learning Support Certificate).
These posts are physical in nature and may present emotional and physical demands not common in mainstream schools.
