This position is available with TLR 1B, £9,663 per year.

What we are looking for:
We look for passionate individuals who want to be a part of transforming education and will make an active contribution to the development of the Cabot Learning Federation and chosen Academy. The role of SENCO is to provide oversight and tracking of all SEND students, including SEMH, across the Academy, to monitor impact and to direct the quality of provision ensuring that students are supported as individuals. You will work closely with wider SEND team, the Senior Leadership Team and Heads of House to ensure that all vulnerable students are supported to achieve, receive the appropriate statutory provision and support to be successful.

About the Academy & the Cabot Learning Federation:
Broadoak Academy is an 11-16 academy in Weston-Super-Mare and is part of the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF). The Cabot Learning Federation is a mature academy group in the South West. We currently sponsor eight secondary academies and eight primary academies, an all through provision, Digitech Studio School and a discrete Post 16 provision and an alternative provision which consists of one primary and two secondary phases.
