Forward Futures is an established Recruitment Specialist providing a high quality service to Education professionals seeking temporary on-going positions with an outstanding FE College within North Somerset.
We are seeking a range of SEND Specialist Practitioners who can support learners who have a range of learning barriers and difficulties. This will involve providing individualised support programmes on a 1:1 or small group basis in order for learners to develop strategies for progression.
The College is an Ofsted outstanding General Further Education College in North Somerset. It provides education and vocational training to nearly 30,000 learners across the country. The College’s specialist SEND provision influences and leads the sector providing inspiring, innovative and high-quality ambitious support programmes that enable sustainable progression.

Associates will be joining a passionate and dedicated team who work tirelessly to ensure the College’s inclusive practice meets the above vision. This work has been recognised on a local, regional, national and international level, receiving many AoC Beacon awards, TES awards and the prestigious Queens Anniversary Prize for Inclusive Practice.
The College has a dedicated CPD programme in place for SEND practitioners from Level 3 to Masters level, with the opportunity of specialist pathways to support a specific learning difficulty or disability e.g. autism, mental health.
