Salary: NJC scale point 6 FTE £22,585

The Head Teacher and Governing Body of The Crescent Primary School are looking to recruit an experienced, aspirational and energetic SEN teaching assistant to offer support to named children in Early Years Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. They will form part of our Inclusion Team and be line manged by our SENDCO.
Key responsibilities will include:
- To promote inclusion for all pupils.
- To display detailed and specialist knowledge of ASD and social and emotional needs, and to use this knowledge to implement agreed SEND programmes of support.
- To work alongside teachers to raise learning and attainment of pupils whilst also promoting self-esteem, independence and social inclusion.
