The Brunel SEN Multi Academy Trust (BSM) provides an inclusive education for children and young people (CYP) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

We require an enthusiastic individual to work with the Aquatics Activity Manager (AAM) within our Multi Agency Unit (MAU) based in our Uplands School education provision (EP), providing support and assistance in the development and care of all CYP across BSM accessing aquatic activities.
The ideal candidate will display a willingness to help CYP with a range of care needs, have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, be able to work confidently as part of a team and have achieved or be willing to train to achieve the following:
• RLSS NPLQ or NRASTC
• Experience of SEND swimming/hydrotherapy
• Working knowledge of teaching swimming
• Working knowledge of hydrotherapy
• Working knowledge of how water-based sessions link into the curriculum and EHCPs targets
• General administrative skills
