Following the retirement of the Second Master at the end of the academic year, we are seeking an inspirational, strategic and impactful Senior Deputy Head, with a well-developed understanding of prep schools in a high achieving environment. This is a new and vital role within the leadership team of the School. After the Executive Head and the Director of Finance & Resources, the Senior Deputy Head is the most senior role in the School.
The Senior Deputy Head will deputise for the Executive Head in her absence and in other capacities as required, and is responsible for the day to day running of this lively, highly respected and long established school. The Senior Deputy Head will co-ordinate the work of the Academic and Pastoral Deputy Heads.
We are looking for a role model for pupils and colleagues and a leader who will bring considerable passion and commitment to the role, working across the school to create a common vision of excellence.
