Do you have the drive, passion and commitment to deliver exceptional support and leadership to our community of staff and students? Do you want to join and lead a dedicated team of finance staff committed to providing the best possible financial stewardship and management to a growing and prestigious Multi Academy Trust?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly centralised finance team using updated systems and processes to deliver a high-quality, proactive and responsive service.
The Trust supports over 9,000 students in their learning and our philosophy is clear. We promote a student-centred approach that is underpinned by the understanding that the highest quality education is a right that all young people deserve regardless of their starting points.
The Trust is looking to make a senior appointment to its finance team and is recruiting a Senior Finance Partner. The post will be based out of the new Beauchamp City Sixth Form in the heart of Leicester (though the post will also involve working at schools within the Trust). The Senior Finance Partner will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of schools within one of the Trust’s Hubs and will also play a key role in statutory reporting, working alongside the Financial Controller and other Senior Finance Partner. The new postholder will manage two experienced Finance Partners.
You will be a talented team player with a proven track record of delivering results by providing clear leadership and direction. You will have extensive experience of leadership, delivering excellent customer service and implementing best practice. If you are not afraid to push boundaries, we would like you to consider joining our community.
