Senior Officer: Funding, Data Quality and Audit
To develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of FE/HE funding streams. To submit FE/HE Funding returns and to ensure that data held in MIS systems is of a consistently high quality in terms of accuracy and completeness.
Rate of pay: Scale 6, Points 29 - 31, £25,893 - £27,651 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a level 6 qualification (Degree or equivalent) in a relevant subject and/or equivalent relevant experience. You will also hold a level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 3. Experience in using Management Information Systems and providing statistical information is essential. Understanding of data returns and funding in FE and/or HE would be advantageous.
