The Governing Body are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, flexible person with the relevant skills and experience for the role of Senior Premises Officer at Porthcawl Primary School.
This is an important and varied role where you will be responsible for the provision of high quality maintenance, security and cleanliness of the site in order that pupils, staff, community users and visitors have a comfortable, clean, safe and well maintained environment in which to work and learn.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good practical and organisational skills, a positive work ethic and knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and legislation. It is important that you are self-motivated and are able to support and manage other team members. As Senior Premises Officer you will also provide sound and expert site management advice to the senior leadership team. Candidates are required to have a good basic knowledge of English, Maths and IT.
The role involves a daily split shift.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
