Holsworthy Community College is part of the Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust and works collaboratively with secondary schools and primaries to support the learning of our students. We are looking to appoint a committed, reliable, flexible individual to join our premises team to assist in maintaining high quality educational establishments to support student learning.
You will be required to undertake a range of caretaking duties, building maintenance and DIY duties including general internal and external maintenance, repairs and improvements, low level ground maintenance and security of premises.
This post has key holder responsibilities and you will be expected to be part of a call-out system (for which an out of hours call out rate will be paid) and also provide support and assistance to our lettings service, which may involve some evening and weekend work.
