What we are looking for:
We look for individuals who want to be a part of transforming education and will make an active contribution to the development of CLF Post 16. You will be used to delivering consistently high quality lessons that promotes independent learning. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change and motivate colleagues and students. A well-qualified specialist, holding QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree, you will have the ability to teach KS4 - KS5. We look for professional’s who have excellent class management skills and have high expectations of work and behaviour.
This is a unique opportunity to join the Cabot Learning Federation and progress your teaching career within CLF Post 16. We are looking for diverse professionals who can teach multiple specialist subjects. To teach these subjects you must be well qualified and have experience in each subject area you wish to teach in. You will be able to deliver high quality to a number of different accredited courses including GCSE, A level, AS Level, vocational courses such as Cambridge Technical, BTEC qualifications and Applied Courses. We are looking for experienced KS5 teachers who have the ability to teach the following subject:
• Sociology and Psychology

Salary: M1 £23,487 – UPS 3 £39,406 depending on experience

About the Academy & Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. We currently are sponsoring academies in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Weston-Super-Mare; six secondary, eight primary, one all-through academy and a Studio School. The Federation also has an overarching CLF Post 16 and specialist inclusion centres. Together we educate over 9000 children between the ages of 3 and 19 and the Federation is a major Teaching School in the South West.
