Salary Scale 5, pt 14-17; 37 hours per week (variable between 7.00am - 5.00pm); 41 working weeks per year (term time + 2 weeks);
Actual Salary £22,134 - £24,550 per annum

St Joseph’s Catholic college is seeking a Sous Chef, in our busy school kitchen. As the sous chef you will assist in leading the catering operations within the college. We require an enthusiastic and highly committed individual to promote and help to manage the school kitchen.
The Successful Candidate will have and be able to:
• To Assist in providing nutritional and home cooked meals for students during the lunch time period.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure the meals are prepared within a timescale.
• Support to maintaining and ordering food stock and equipment supplies when necessary.
• Contribute to ensuring a well-balanced diet is demonstrated within our menus.
• The ability to work towards deadlines.
