Grade/Salary: ME9 £26,369 - £27,207 per annum (School term 39 weeks per year)
Merton’s Virtual Behaviour Service is expanding. We are seeking to recruit to our team of specialist behaviour support workers. We are seeking applicants who understand how to build relationships with children, many of whom will have experienced trauma and/ or have additional needs.
Do you enjoy working with children from diverse backgrounds who have challenging behaviour? Do you have experience of working with difficult to engage children? Have you had particular successes working with boys? Do you work well as part of a team? We are looking for candidates who are adaptable, resourceful, calm headed and willing to learn who have had recent experience working with children either in a school or community setting.
