As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will work with a range of individuals to maximise their potential and to enable them to enjoy the best possible quality of life in our wonderful well-resourced surrounding.
You will respond to referrals and be responsible for ensuring an inclusive communication environment is maintained in partnership with our communication Champions who are available to maximise your professional impact. A key aspect of your role will be to work as part of a whole school team to ensure individual pupil SaLT needs are met and developed effectively.
The successful candidate for this role will have a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). You will have experience working with individuals that have Learning Disabilities.

This position is for 30 hours per week over 5 days, term time only and for 45.6 weeks paid per annum, pro-rata. Working hours between 8.30am – 3.00pm or 11.00am – 5.30pm to be agreed according to needs of SaLT service.
Salary range is from APT & C point 28 £32,236 to point 34 £37,889, based on 37 hrs p/wk., 52.14 wks/pa, pro-rata depending on experience.
