The Cathedral School Llandaff, Cardiff’s leading independent school for girls and boys, seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Sports Coach for our Boys’ Games programme. The role is for 3 afternoons each week from January 2020, term time only, on a fixed term basis until July 2020. Saturday availability is essential for weekend fixtures. The rate of pay is £12.36 per hour plus co-curricular payment for weekend fixtures. In addition, lunch is provided free of charge, and there may be scope for additional hours due to other school activities.
This post would suit a proficient sportsperson, who is looking for the opportunity to coach a varied and successful Games programme to keen and motivated pupils. It will suit someone who enjoys coaching and working with children and is able to establish warm, professional and mutually respectful relationships with them, and who can be an effective member of a highly committed team of staff.
