Staff Development Coordinator. Full Time. Temporary (1 year).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our HR team. We are looking for someone to co-ordinate a range of training and development activities and support managers in identifying and meeting training needs. You will also participate in the delivery of programmes of training activity for staff with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
For this role, experience of organising and delivering training activities is essential. You will be proactive and have outstanding customer service skills, be highly organised and able to prioritise your work to ensure deadlines and service standards are met. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required and you must be a confident user of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
Ideally you will hold a professional training qualification and a minimum Level 2 in English and maths (GCSE grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above, or equivalent). A degree level qualification is also desirable.
