Strategic Adviser for Digital Education
2-year Secondment to commence 1st April 2019 or as soon as possible.
We are seeking to appoint a talented and experienced teacher to join our School Improvement Team as Strategic Adviser for Digital Education.
This post will be required to work with Challenge Advisers, schools and Local Authorities to ensure the Central South region becomes an outstanding place for teaching, school leadership and pupils’ achievement, whilst supporting the development of school-led school to school working.
This post will have oversight and responsibility for the development of excellent teaching and learning across Digital Education through the identification of strong practice, the use of our networks, school improvement groups and hubs and for the construction of differentiated and tailored support programmes to meet the needs of all schools whilst ensuring these are available swiftly and effectively to meet schools’ needs.
Applications are welcome from candidates who are excellent teachers with a proven track record in raising standards. Candidates must also be aware of national, CSC, Local Authority and school priorities and what these imply for developing the workforce in schools at all levels.
