We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking colleague who will be tireless in supporting students with the very best start in life in spite of the challenges they face, regardless of ability or background. The successful candidate will work from the progress centre with the progress team, supporting our most challenging students to develop and promote expected behaviours to further achievement.
You would be joining our community at a very exciting time as you will have a significant role in helping us to give our students an ‘excellent’ educational experience. The successful candidate will have the relevant skills and experience to support students to overcome challenges that can be barriers to success.
As a colleague and member of the Progress Centre team, you will have an exciting opportunity to develop your own professional practice and contribute to an experienced, successful and forward thinking area of the school. This post also gives the successful candidate the opportunity to broaden their skills and an opportunity to work closely with excellent leaders across the school.
