We are looking for proactive and experienced individuals to join our highly successful Student Support team. You will be providing advice and support to students on a variety of issues such as finance, careers and welfare. You will also support the service in the organisation, accurate recording and monitoring of safeguarding and welfare concerns.
Working with potential and enrolled students you will deliver advice and guidance relating to a variety of subjects, aiding them to continue their education and be ready for work.
You will need to work flexibly within the team to provide a responsive service. It is essential that you constantly maintain and update your knowledge of the services and support available to our students to ensure you are providing advice and guidance of the highest quality. The successful candidate will be required to work across two campuses, Watford and Hemel Hempstead.
The successful candidate will have previous experience offering advice to 16-19 year olds and vulnerable adults in a similar setting.
