Student Support Assistant
£10.56 per hour (£8.99 basic + £1.57 holiday)
£11.10 per hour (£9.45 basic + £1.65 holiday)
We are seeking to appoint highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individuals to join the ALS team at BCoT. The department provides support to students with learning disabilities and difficulties across the college in the vocational areas and within Maths and English.
The role will involve reading and scribing for students where needed, differentiating the learning for students and working closely with course tutors to support the learners.
This is an exciting opportunity to offer in-class support to learners with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities and differences across the college.
The successful candidate will educated to Level 3 and have experience of supporting learners with LDD in a classroom environment is desirable.
