We are looking for a full-time, organised and pro-active administrator with excellent customer service and support skills to join our Student Experience department working 5 days per week.
You will be responsible for providing a wide range of efficient and accurate administrative services to both internal and external customers. You will need to have English and math's GCSE's (Grades A-C or equivalent), along with previous experience of working in an administrative role and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT skills. A Level 2 Business Administration qualification is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will hold excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well, both independently and as part of a team.
Please note, the working hours for the role will be 37 hours per week, working 8.30am to 17.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 16.30pm on Friday's. There may be the occasional need to work outside of these hours to support college events.
