To manage all aspects of support and guidance for allocated years group to ensure that the students’ journey at Hillview School is both productive academically and enriching individually.
Responsibilities may vary but will include:
• Maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere that supports all students to actively engage with learning and make positive progress
• Supporting students with social, emotional and health issues
• Liaising across the Hillview Community specifically parents, teachers and other members of the Student Support Team
Ideally, you will have experience of working with young people and/or within care/social care sectors

Salary; £20,399 - £22,379p.a. Pro-rata to £17,605p.a. to £19,313p.a 37hrs per week, term-time, plus Insets, plus 1 week.
