The main aim of the role is to:
Promote and monitor behaviour of all students around school. To maintain high standards of behaviour by implementing sanctions agreed by the school.
Provide effective and efficient pastoral support that promotes positive attitudes to learning of students with emotional and behavioural difficulties in order to raise their achievement and wellbeing.
Working term time only, 37 hours per week , plus 4 training days.
Scale point 12 to 17. Actual salary £18,370.08
, rising to £20,282.05 in annual increments.
