STUDENT WELLBEING OFFICER/STUDENT RECEPTIONIST

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual with an ability to deal positively and sympathetically with students, staff and parents.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work in a busy office and provide high quality and professional service to students, visitors, parents and outside agencies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills and flexible outlook of the needs of this job.
This role requires first line support maintaining accurate attendance registers, providing First Aid support in the case of accidents and emergencies and supporting students with medical conditions. We would like to appoint a positive and enthusiastic person to join our highly supportive team.
The successful candidate will have a current full first aid at work certificate. Knowledge of or willing to train on health and safety legislation and practices within a school is essential.

Hours: 37 Hours per week term time plus training days and holiday hours to be agreed with Principal and Academy Operations Manager. Hours worked per week; Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Fridays 8.30am - 4.00pm. Salary: Grade 4, point 5-6 - Actual Salary £16,162. Closing date for applications 9.00am – Friday 24th September 2021
