We are looking to appoint a dynamic, innovative and experienced Science practitioner to become our Subject Leader of Science at the Martin High School.
The successful applicant will be a leader who can demonstrate that they are able to drive teaching and learning across the department, ensure that learners are always appropriately challenged and can therefore make significant progress, they have a clear vision and strength of leadership capable of building and sustaining an outstanding Science department.
The successful candidate will need to be passionate about both the subject and the importance of education for today’s modern learner; a proven track record of good teaching and pupils making progress will be essential.
They will be a confident leader; ready for a challenge, highly motivated and keen to develop all in their team.
This is a full time post to cover a maternity leave from January 2021.
