Salary: £15,970 to £16,954 per annum pro rata inclusive of London Weighting
Hours: up to 36 hours per week, 38 working weeks per year

We are currently looking for number of part-time Supported Learning Assistants on a temporary and permanent basis to provide 1:1 as well as classroom support.
The post-holders will be working as part of a team of Supported Learning Assistants (SLAs) to provide additional learning support to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (LDD), using a flexible and innovative approach in a range of contexts.
The role involves working with students who experience a range of barriers to achievement and the post-holders will support learners in a variety of curriculum activities and settings. This will include supporting students with intimate care where necessary. SLAs may work with individuals or small groups, as directed by the teaching staff and encourage students to engage with activities or work independently, where appropriate.
The work is term-time based over 38 weeks per year. There is a flexibility with working hours and they will be agreed with the successful candidates. The salary above is given for 36 hours per week, 38 working weeks per year.
