We are looking for qualified Teachers to support the Governments catch-up scheme within the Cabot Learning Federation. We seek professionals to join our talented teams across both our Primary and Secondary phases. We are particularly keen to support those Teachers who have recently completed their ITT year to get valuable experience and consolidate their training. We are a growing organisation, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
Children and young people across the country have experienced unprecedented disruption to their education as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19). Those from the most vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds will be among those hardest hit. The aggregate impact of lost time in education will be substantial, and the scale of our response must match the scale of the challenge.
The government has provided funding to support children and young people to catch up. This includes a catch-up premium for the 2020 to 2021 academic year to ensure that schools have the support they need to help all pupils make up for lost teaching time.
What we are looking for:
The Cabot Learning Federation is looking to appoint a number of Teachers to support the catch-up scheme. The successful candidates will be appointed of a casual / fixed term contract basis and will be deployed to work within one of our academies across the Federation.

If you do not have a desired academy, please ensure you are including appropriate locations – Bristol / Weston. Please also include information regarding your teaching specialism and which school phase is appropriate to you.
We look for passionate individuals who want to be a part of transforming education and will make an active contribution to the development of the Cabot Learning Federation and chosen Academy. You will be used to planning and consistently delivering high quality lessons, will have experience in delivering the curriculum in your chosen area and will be a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change and motivate colleagues and students. A well-qualified specialist, holding QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree. We look for professional’s who have excellent class management skills and have high expectations of work and behaviour.

Training is both local and/or delivered through our excellent stand-alone training facility at the CLF Institute. For teachers, the CLF Institute aims to provide a continuum of development through each career stage from initial teacher training (ITT), for newly qualified teachers (NQT), recently qualified teachers in their early career development, to successive stages of leadership through to Headship and beyond.
