Hours: 19 ½ hours per week (3 days per week)
Salary: £25,714 - £36,961 + SEN1 £2,270 per annum pro rata – salary within this pay range only, to be agreed at interview
This is a fixed term post until 31st August 2021 pending needs of the school and budgetary review.
Required as soon as possible an enthusiastic, energetic, well-organised teacher, to teach pupils with severe and profound learning needs and some pupils with autism. Excellent communication skills, the ability to modify curricula to meet individual needs and aptitude to learn quickly are essential.
Experience of working with pupils with autism or learning difficulties is an advantage. Good ICT skills are essential.
This post requires the successful applicant to work in a variety of classes throughout the school, covering teachers when they are on PPA or fulfilling other aspects of their role.
