We are looking to appoint a dynamic, committed and effective teacher of English Language and Literature from 1st January 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, dynamic and committed to the highest expectations for all of our learners. Our English department is highly motivated, supportive and successful at all Key Stages, including post-16, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach at KS3 and KS4 in the first instance.
The school has just secured its best results ever, with outcomes in GCSE English well above family, LA and Wales averages. In 2019, we achieved our best ever GCSE and A Level results, performing above family, LA and Wales averages in all key performance indicators at KS4.
