Blessed George Napier School is a very successful and popular 11-18 Catholic Secondary School in North Oxfordshire, easily accessible from South Birmingham, Oxford, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.
We are seeking a unique and talented individual to teach in our highly successful English Department.
Committed to achieving the best outcomes for our students, you must be able to demonstrate a passion for the subject and have the ability to engage and inspire students through example, fostering a love of English.
The successful applicant should have experience of teaching English across Key Stage 3 and 4. There is also the possibility of teaching English Literature or Language at Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.
There could be upcoming professional development opportunities for the right candidate which would command a TLR. The post is advertised as full-time, but applications from those seeking a part-time position will also be considered.
All applicants should be able to demonstrate empathy for, and an understanding of, Catholic teaching and the unique ethos of the school.
