TEMPORARY TEACHER OF SCIENCE
With effect from 27th November 2020 we require a Teacher of Science to teach Science across the full age and ability range to GCSE level.
This is a full-time, temporary contract to cover the post holder’s maternity leave with effect from 27th November 2020 and is anticipated to continue until 26th November 2021, or the return of the post holder’s if earlier.
This post would be suitable for a newly qualified teacher looking for a first post in a highly supportive environment, but would equally be suitable for experienced colleagues looking to broaden their experience and to contribute to ensuring excellent outcomes across the faculty. A specialism in chemistry could be an advantage.

Marlwood School is part of Castle School Education which was formed in 2013 by The Castle School in Thornbury, and now includes Marlwood, Mangotsfield and Downend secondary schools as well as Charfield, Severn Beach and Lyde Green primary schools.
