Teacher of Social Sciences
Sharing your skills and knowledge with learners, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, ideally whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.
The job purpose is to teach Sociology, Criminology and/or Psychology at A Level. To ensure high quality student learning through the most effective, efficient and economic use of the College’s resources.
The main duties and responsibilities are to delivery a effective teaching programme within the areas of competence of the post holder paying due regard to student progression towards successful and value added completion and provide accurate and timely data and information including registers, withdrawals and transfers, assessment and examination results, progress reports.
