TEACHING ASSISTANT – BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT
30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
£19,171 - £19,945 to be paid pro rata
(actual salary £13,201 - £13,732 under 5 years’ service)
Starting as soon as possible, we are looking to appoint a colleague to support the work of our Pastoral Support Behaviour Centre, working with students who have been excluded from mainstream lessons on a short term basis. The key focus of the job will be supporting students with a range of individual needs to access learning and address challenging behaviour. You will be an excellent communicator with a good general education and strong interpersonal skills and have previous experience of positively engaging young people.
