Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8-12, £20,493 - £22,183 pa Pro Rata
Days / Hours per Week: 32.5 hours a week / 39 weeks a year, term time only.

The governing body wish to appoint a caring, committed and enthusiastic LSA to join our pastoral team. A strong understanding of the needs of learners with social, emotional and mental health needs along with a proven track record in working with pupils who have trauma and attachment issues resulting in disengagement or challenging behaviour.
The successful candidate will have high expectations of pupil engagement and achievements; the ability to form positive relationships with all children; and a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team that is committed to providing the very best opportunities for all of our pupils.
You will have training in trauma and attachment difficulties and be effective in working with pupils who display these.
DBS Check Required: Enhanced
EWC Registration Details: It is a statutory requirement that applicants for these posts have to be registered with the Education Workforce Council before they can start work in a school
