We are looking for a caring, patient Teaching Assistant who has experience of working with pupils with special needs in an early years setting, although some general class duties will be expected.
The role involves working under the direction of the teacher, usually in the classroom, to support access to learning for pupils and to provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
We are looking to appoint a conscientious, highly motivated person to join our hardworking team.
The successful candidate will:

• have good written and oral communication and numeracy
• be flexible and have the ability to use their initiative
• have high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
