To be successful in the post, we are looking for Teaching Assistant who can assist in the educational, personal and social development of designated students under the direction and guidance of the Principal, SENCO and/or Inclusion Lead and class teachers. Support students to enable them to access the curriculum, completely engage with their learning and achieve their full potential. Deliver measurable impact on student attainment as well as social and emotional well-being.

About the Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is a diverse Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the South West. We currently sponsor eight secondary academies and eight primary academies, an all through provision, Digitech Studio School and a discrete Post 16 provision and an alternative provision which consists of one primary and two secondary phases.
Digitech Studio School Bristol is Bristol’s first Studio School specialising in digital, high tech and creative subjects that facilitate progression within these sectors. Students benefit from a hugely positive and supportive learning environment. Digitech is an exciting and innovative place to work where staff have autonomy and support to achieve excellent outcomes with a cohort who have diverse needs. We are currently oversubscribed.
