We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join our team at Bradley Stoke Community School. This role will require you to work alongside members of the Learning Support Team (LST), to support students with learning, physical, medical, emotional and behavioural difficulties to access the curriculum, make appropriate progress and develop appropriate classroom behaviour.

You will be able to work calmly, but assertively, with challenged and challenging young people. You will have the capacity to work closely with parents, students and staff on sensitive issues, have good organisation skills and be able to work well in a team as well as being able to use your own initiative.
