Fixed term contract to start September 2020 and temporary until 31st August 2021 in the first instance (subject to review) - 35 hours per week (8am-3.30pm)-39 weeks.

A temporary classroom teaching assistant is required for a fixed term contract, term time only. To start as soon as possible until 31st August 2021 in the first instance, to be reviewed.
Good Maths and English skills required (GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above. Alternatively adult literacy and numeracy qualifications at Level 2 or above are considered). Original proof of qualifications are required.
Hours: 8.00am – 3.30pm (35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Term time only).
Salary: TA2, Grade 3 (points 4-6) pro-rata.
To work with classes across the school (EYFS, KS1 & KS2 ages 3-11) supporting children with their learning in particular maths and English. It will also include working with small groups of pupils including those with English as an additional language and special educational needs. Competent computer skills are essential for a data handling requirement. You will be required to do a lunch duty and breakfast club duty on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is charismatic and can engage our pupils, someone with energy who wants to work at our school.
