Meadow View Farm School is an “Outstanding School” (Ofsted, December 2015 & February 2019) looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who can motivate, engage and inspire the children attending the school. Empathy, compassion and resilience are key characteristics the successful candidate will need to possess. In return, we can offer you a ‘family feel’ working environment where mutual respect and tolerance are embedded in our ethos. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour, gained while working in a primary school, pupil referral unit or primary special school. Experience of working with children with social, emotional and mental health needs; on the Autistic spectrum and/or speech, language, and communication difficulties would be an advantage.

Salary range is £16,072.07 - £18,367.63 depending on experience.
