We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic Teaching Assistants at Furzefield Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to be part of a dedicated team and with a strong desire to develop children’s learning and improve their life chances.
You will need to be a flexible team player with a sense of humour and an optimistic outlook. Experience of working with SEND children would be an advantage, although not essential. Ideally you will be patient and calm, with a consistent and positive approach to managing pupils’ behaviour and a good understanding of how children learn.
Casual support staff – allowing us to support individual pupil needs for those who have received short term funding from County. These hours will be more flexible on a needs basis.
Furzefield is a vibrant community school in Merstham with an established Good Ofsted grading that provides education for pupils aged 3-11 years. Surrey Pay Range, Scale 3: £17,663 - £18,607 FTE per annum – THE SALARY WILL BE PRO RATA’D ACCORDINGLY.
