Working Pattern: Mon-Fri 31.25 hours per week (8.15am to 3.30pm)
Term Time only (37 weeks), plus 5 inset days
Support Staff Pay Scale: Pay level 2 Point 2 – 4 (depending on experience)
Actual Salary: £13,366.94 - £13,880.06 (Inclusive of LW)
We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills, who displays initiative, is a team player and who would be keen to work within our Nursery, supporting our youngest pupils as they take the first steps on their educational journey.
We are looking for someone who has the passion and drive to support the delivery of high quality, inclusive, play and learning opportunities for children aged 3-4 years. Through contributing to the creation of a welcoming, stimulating, safe environment, which supports children’s development and well-being, the TA will help develop the foundations for children’s future progress through school and life.
A genuine interest in making a positive difference to all children, including those children with special educational needs is a requirement and whilst we welcome applications from all, previous experience of successfully working with children who may have mild-severe learning difficulties or emotional and behavioural difficulties would be beneficial.
