31.25 HOURS PER WEEK IN TERM TIME ONLY (39 weeks per year) 8.35am - 3:20pm
Salary Range ME4 point 3-4 (£21,408 - £21,795 Full Time Equivalent / £16,479 - £16,777 Pro Rata)

We are looking for:
- Teaching Assistants, to work with children in the Early Years initially, but with the flexibility to be deployed across the school
The successful candidate will be working to support children with their classroom learning and also delivering interventions to small groups of children.
You must be patient and caring, and be a good team player. Previous experience of working with children with additional educational needs is desirable, but training and support will be available - applicants will need to use their initiative and adapt quickly and intuitively to the needs of the children as well as a have a willingness to learn and receive direction from others.
These posts may be of particular interest to graduates considering a career in teaching and looking to gain experience.
- Particular interest and enthusiasm for working with children and supporting learning
- Experience of caring for or working with primary aged children
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills: English & Maths GCSE, C or above
