Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only (Monday to Friday 8.45am – 12.00 & 1pm – 3.45pm)
Salary: Hay 10 (£14,228 - £15,100 per annum)
This is a fixed term post until 31st August 2022 subject to budgetary reviews.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Part-Time Teaching Assistant to support children at St Chad’s. The successful candidate will have experience of working with and supporting children with a diagnosis of Autism and will be experienced in supporting areas of need including social communication, engaging in activities, concentration and attention, emotional regulation, heightened sensory responses, speech and language, self-care and independence skills (including intimate care), social skills and personal safety.
The successful candidate will be required to work with groups or on a 1:1 basis within the class environment supporting additional needs and promoting inclusion.
It would be desirable for the candidate to have had experience of working in a continuous provision environment.
