We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced person to support students at Key Stages 3 & 4 from the Secondary Schools in South Leicestershire who are experiencing personal, social, emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties.
If you are passionate, committed and motivated and want to make a difference to the life chances of the students, then we would like to hear from you. The appointed person will provide in-school learning and behaviour support to young people who are supported by the partnership. The post will be based at Countesthorpe Academy and our Wigston sites but may require the appointed person to work across other schools in the partnership on occasions.
This is a very important position and will help students experiencing difficulties to achieve the best. If you have qualifications related to this area of work and experience of working with young people, have a calm, supportive but firm demeanour, this position may be of interest to you.
The successful candidate will join a growing team and help to shape the future of the South Leicestershire Inclusion Partnership.
This College is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will need to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check via the DBS.
CLOSING DATE for applications for this post is 24th September 2021 3pm.
Interviews will be held on the 28th September 2021
