Senior Teaching Assistant – Temporary Post covering maternity leave (until August 2022)
Grade 5, Scale points 11 - 19
£21, 748 to £25,481 pro-rata
39 weeks (32.5 hours) term time only
The Head teacher and Governing Body wish to appoint an experienced, high skilled, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who demonstrates a commitment to inclusive learning. An ability to contribute to the forward-thinking ethos of the school is essential. All members of our school community are committed to our school motto of ‘aim high, be kind, show respect’.
The successful candidates should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, good interpersonal skills, show initiative, share in the planning and evaluation of activities and work well as part of a dedicated team. Experience of working within a multi-cultural, inner city school is highly desirable.

All Teaching Assistants must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) as School Learning Support Workers to comply with Education (Wales) Act 2014.
