We are looking for a highly motivated Teaching Assistant who is committed to raising standards and maintaining our very high expectations.
The successful candidate will be hardworking, creative, energetic and excellent practitioner who will ideally have experience of supporting students in the classroom or working with young people. Their professionalism and dedication will enable our students and pupils to achieve more than they believe possible.
They will work as part of the Skills for Learning, Skills for Life (S4L, S4L) team alongside other Teaching Assistants and will be committed to ensuring Quality First Teaching and Learning through implementing, in-class support, access arrangements and interventions with the guidance of the SENCO as appropriate.
The S4L, S4L team consists of an Assistant Principal for Inclusion, SENDCo , Assistant SENCO, and a team of Teaching Assistants.
