Hours: 18 Hours per week, term time only (Monday to Friday to be timetabled between 8.45am and 3.30pm)
Salary: Hay 9 (£9,357 - £10,331 per annum)
This is a temporary post subject to funding that will end when the funding ceases or the child leaves the school.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and committed individual who has patience, flexibility and an interest in working with a child with social, academic, and speech and language needs. In particular support will be needed for concentration, expressive and receptive language, motor skills and developing independence.
The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher to support the child on a 1:1 basis; supervising focused activities and developing speech and language and social interaction skills.
