We are seeking to appoint 2 Fixed Term Teaching Assistants (Level 2) to work at St Richard’s VC Academy. We are looking for reliable, trustworthy and motivated people with experience of working in the classroom. Experience of working with special needs children would be desirable, but not essential.
The post will be to work one to one providing support to a child with significant SEN needs. The post will be fixed term until August 2020 in the first instance and the contracted hours are 32.5 hours over 5 days per week. The successful candidate will be able to inspire, motivate and engage children in the learning process. They will have high expectations of behaviour and model good behaviour. They must be committed to work as part of a team and be willing to participate fully in ensuring inclusion of all children.
