At the Leicester & Leicestershire Teaching School Hub, we understand that the quality of teaching is the single biggest factor in determining pupil achievement. To this end, we support schools and Trusts within our region (and wider) to recruit, train, develop and retain the very best teachers, support staff and leaders, working in all phases and types of schools, and at all stages of their career.
We want to recruit a team member who can provide vital administrative support and help us to deliver outstanding professional development, including the national programmes that form part of the Department for Education’s ‘golden thread’. This particular role has a focus on the administration of the Early Career Framework and requires confident data handling.
The role will be based at the Leicester & Leicestershire Teaching School Hub at Rushey Mead Academy.
Hours are 40.5 per week term time plus 18 hours Professional Learning (across 3 days), plus additional holidays to create a full-time equivalent post
Core hours: Mon to Thurs - 8am to 4.45pm, Friday - 8am to 4pm

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Disclosure check.
