(32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.45am – 3.45pm (with 30 minute lunch break).
The appointment is of a temporary nature due to the identified budget provision to provide 1:1 support in the school, to individual or groups of pupils, as directed. Budget provision has been identified initially until 31st December 2020. However, the appointment will be reviewed on a regular basis, taking into account any changes to the budget provided.
Required for 1st September 2020. The Headteacher is seeking to appoint a temporary full time teaching assistant in the Specialist Resource Base (temporary to 31st December 2020).
We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. You will need to be caring, flexible and have the ability to work as part of a team. You will also need to be able to work both under the direction of the class teacher and use your own initiative.
Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
